• If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund.

• To initiate a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

• Provide your order ID and clear photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter promptly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production.

• Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications after the order has been submitted.

• We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
